Shipping Zones & Delivery Times
We ship from our central warehouse in the Netherlands to destinations across Europe. Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the time of purchase.
EU 27 member states — 3 to 5 business days.
EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and Switzerland — 5 to 7 business days.
United Kingdom — 5 to 10 business days.
Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as Black Friday, holiday seasons, and major sale events. Orders to remote areas, islands, or overseas territories may require additional transit time.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within the EU is free on all orders over €150. For orders below €150, a flat rate of €5.95 applies regardless of the number of items.
Express shipping is available for EU destinations at €12.95 per order, with delivery in 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Shipping to EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom is charged at a flat rate of €9.95 for standard delivery. Express shipping is not currently available for these destinations.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your KICKS account.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at support@kicks.demo.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the EU 27 are not subject to customs duties or additional import taxes.
Orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU destinations may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refused acceptance, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee may apply in such cases.
