Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This exceeds the minimum 14-day cooling-off period required under EU consumer protection law, giving you extra time to decide.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Shoes must be tried on indoors only — items with signs of outdoor wear cannot be accepted.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is a statutory right that applies to all consumers in the European Union.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email to support@kicks.demo) before the 14-day period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs of the original shipment, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Free Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for all orders within the EU 27. A prepaid return label is included with every order, or you can generate one from your KICKS account dashboard.
For returns from outside the EU (UK, EEA, Switzerland), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Log in to your KICKS account and navigate to "My Orders".
2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click "Request Return".
3. Choose a reason for the return and confirm your request.
4. Print the prepaid return label (EU orders) or arrange your own return shipment.
5. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the return label.
6. Drop off the package at the nearest carrier collection point.
Alternatively, you can initiate a return by emailing support@kicks.demo with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kicks.demo. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice — no restocking fee applies.
Under EU consumer law, you are also entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two years from delivery. If a product develops a defect within this period, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. Promotional bundles must be returned as a complete set.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and guarantees availability of your preferred variant.
